Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing various areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
